Lower Body Exercises



This physical activity is easy and suitable for all people. It is especially designed by university specialists in gerontology, caregiving and physical activity for older people, fragile people and people with disabilities.

The exercises can be done by one person alone or by a group up to max. 10 persons at home, outside or in institutions as nursing homes.

The environment should be safe.

It is recommendable to plan the exercises unit in advance

Any physical activity is better than no physical activity!

Have in mind : everyday movement is important.

Climbing stairs = Strength exercises for lower body – Good for dressing oneself and picking up or reaching items.
