The aim of this exercise is to encourage seniors to solve a complex mind riddle which engages problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning and deduction. Additionally, this brain teaser improves analytical skills, trains patience and improves memory retention.

The exercise is intended for people of all ages, with a focus on adults. Intended for one person, but can be done in pairs or smaller groups.
